SearchPPA.com – END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR SearchPPA.com

IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY: This SearchPPA.com End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Larry Ashley for the Digital Edition Pierce Piano Atlas product identified above which may include associated components, media, printed materials, and “online” or electronic (digital data). By purchasing, accessing, or otherwise using the DIGITAL PIERCE PIANO ATLAS PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not purchase access or use the COPYRIGHTED DATA AVAILABLE ON SEARCHPPA.com. If the SUBSCRIPTION to SearchPPA.com was purchased, your access will be cancelled and your username and IP address will be blocked if you violate this EULA.

The DIGITAL EDITION PIERCE PIANO ATLAS PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The DIGITAL EDITION PIERCE PIANO ATLAS PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.

GRANT OF LICENSE. The DIGITAL EDITION PIERCE PIANO ATLAS PRODUCT is licensed as follows:

*ACCESS AMOUNT LIMITED BY THE TYPE OF SUBSCRIPTION.
* Access to the data posted on DEPPA is limited by the type of subscription you purchased.
However, regardless of the type of subscription you purchased, you are limited to accessing the
copyrighted data from three of YOUR devices.

*ACCESS LIMITED TO THREE DEVICES.
* Subscribing to Digital Edition Pierce Piano Atlas (DEPPA) grants you the right to access the
data posted at SearchPPA.com from a maximum of THREE DEVICES (three individual IP
addresses) that are your personal property or are available for your exclusive use.

DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS.

* Distribution/Sharing. You may not distribute or share your subscription, username or
password with any individual or entity.

* Rental. You may not rent, lease, or lend your subscription or username and password.

* Transfer. You may NOT permanently or temporarily transfer your subscription or rights to access
DEPPA under this EULA.

* Compliance with Applicable Laws. You must comply with all applicable laws regarding access to
SearchPPA.com.

TERMINATION. Without prejudice to any other rights, Digital Pierce Piano Atlas, SearchPPA.com, Pierce
Piano Atlas or Larry Ashley may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the any terms and
conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must cease any access to the data posted on
SearchPPA.com. Your username and IP address will be blocked.

great deal of expense on our part to gather all the information in the Digital Edition Pierce Piano Atlas.
It is the subject of registrations and copyrights obtained in the United States and throughout the world.
No part of the Pierce Piano Atlas may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any
form or by any means — electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise — without written
permission of the publisher. We vigorously defend our valuable copyrights, and take instances of infringement
with the utmost seriousness.

NO GUARANTEES or WARRANTIES. All facts and data contained in this Digital Edition of the Pierce
Piano Atlas are as accurate as continuous research and correspondence throughout the world wide
piano industry can provide. Information is based on sources believed to be reliable, however, their
accuracy or completeness cannot be guaranteed. Due in part to the fact that some manufacturers and
distributors will not always willingly provide this information some indirect sources have been relied on.
Accordingly, the publisher makes no claims, promises, or guarantees about the absolute accuracy,
completeness, or adequacy of the contents of this edition and expressly disclaims liability for any errors
and omissions that may exist in the contents of this data. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE USE OF DATA
POSTED, IF ANY, REMAINS WITH YOU.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. Notwithstanding any damages that you might incur for any reason whatsoever
(including, without limitation, all damages referenced above and all direct or general damages), the
entire liability of Digital Pierce Piano Atlas, SearchPPA.com, Pierce Piano Atlas or Larry Ashley and any
of their suppliers under any provision of this EULA and your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing
shall be limited to the greater of the amount actually paid by you for the SUBSCRIPTION or U.S.$5.00.
The foregoing limitations, exclusions and disclaimers shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by
applicable law, even if any remedy fails its essential purpose.

MISCELLANEOUS.
If you purchased this SUBSCRIPTION in the United States, this EULA is governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico. If you purchased this SUBSCRIPTION in Canada, unless expressly prohibited by local law, this EULA is governed by the laws in force in the Province of British Columbia, Canada; and, in respect of any dispute which may arise hereunder, you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal and provincial courts sitting in Vancouver, BC. If this SUBSCRIPTION was purchased outside the United States, then local law may apply.
